Over time, I moved into senior commercial and operational leadership roles across brands including Hilton, Kempinski, Accor, Wyndham and Hyatt.\n\nAt Wyndham, I was promoted to Vice President of Global Revenue Management Operations, overseeing commercial strategy across 20 brands and a portfolio of 7,000+ hotels. I led a full-scale restructuring of the commercial organization, driving a return to profitability. Later, at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, I served as Regional Vice President of Operations, responsible for 50+ full-service and lifestyle hotels across the Americas leading large scale operational transformation, improving RevPAR performance, and shaping brand and guest experience strategies at scale.\n\nMost recently, I served as Chief Executive Officer of The Bright Hotel Group, where I led the repositioning of a lifestyle hospitality platform.\n\nWhat this journey revealed is simple:\nMost hospitality businesses don’t underperform because of effort, they underperform because the system itself is fragmented.\n\nThat realization led me to found Regulus Collective; a global hospitality investment, advisory, and creative platform rethinking how capital, culture, and intelligence converge.
